"Stress Kills"

Physical and psychological stressors can trigger inflammation within the body, a pivotal factor in the development of various diseases. Reducing inflammation is crucial for healing across numerous ailments.

When stressful events occur, they are etched into our consciousness, often prompting a shock response. This triggers distress signals along the nervous system, prompting the endocrine system to release elevated levels of adrenaline and cortisol. These heightened levels compromise our immune function.

Initially, stress responses serve as a protective mechanism for our well-being and safety. However, prolonged attachment to stress becomes detrimental.

Chronic stress leads to an overtaxed nervous system, resulting in excessive production of stress hormones and immune suppression. This compromised immune function renders us susceptible to illness and disease.

The solution lies in regression coaching—a process focused on altering the mind's perception and alleviating the burdensome weight of past memories. By allowing the subconscious mind to address unresolved issues, regression coaching diminishes accumulated stress and fosters healing. As the subconscious heals, the nervous system relaxes, reducing erratic signals. Consequently, the endocrine system no longer remains chronically engaged in fight-or-flight mode. Through this coaching, stress is effectively managed and stabilized, promoting overall well-being.
